We’re honored to care for your hair. Please review our policies designed to support a seamless, respectful, and elevated experience for all clients and staff.
Scheduling & Cancellations
All appointments require a deposit and are considered confirmed once you receive a detailed confirmation. Deposits are fully refundable or
transferable with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
Each appointment may be rescheduled once.
Health + Safety
If you're feeling unwell or believe you may have been exposed to Covid-19,
please notify us as soon as possible so we may reschedule.
Masks are available upon request.
Prep, Product Use & Allergies
Please arrive with clean hair and scalp.
(No oils, leave in or heavy product in your hair.)
For the safety of our team, nut- and soy-based products are strictly prohibited.
Following these guidelines ensures service quality and safety for those with severe allergies.

Braiding & Human Hair Services
Synthetic braiding hair is included with ALL braid services.
Marley twists - Hair is not included or provided.
Human hair ends - Hair is not included or provided.
Bohemian Knotless Braids - Hair is provided.
Human hair braid services, must be scheduled in advance.
Extension Services (Sew-Ins, Micro-Links, Tape-Ins)
All extension services require a consultation prior to booking.
Hair recommendations and texture matches will be based on your hair
type and goals. Hair is not included or provided.
Salon Etiquette
To maintain a calm and comfortable environment, we kindly ask that clients
use headphones, keep conversations low, and limit phone/zoom calls.
Please be mindful of allergies and other when bringing snacks into the salon.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Due to limited space, additional guests are welcome to say hello but are not allowed to stay for the full duration of a service. One guardian may accompany
a child receiving services.
Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is offered for delayed arrivals. After this window,
a $20 late fee, adjusted service(s), or cancellation may apply.
Retail Policy
All product sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Hair Malfunction
If a braid, twist, or extension loosens unexpectedly, please contact us immediately. We’ll gladly schedule a repair at no additional
cost if it occurs within a reasonable time.
Service Dissatisfaction
If you’re not satisfied with your services, please contact us within 24 hours.
A re-do appointment will be scheduled within 7days of the original service
with no additional charge..
Refusal of Service
We believe in mutual respect and alignment. If at any point it becomes
clear that our salon is not the right fit—due to safety, communication, or expectation misalignment—we reserve the right to respectfully decline or discontinue services.
