Please arrive with a clean scalp and no oils, leave in’s or styling products in your hair. This helps ensure the best service results and protects team members with severe allergies and sensitivities.
Ignoring this may result in service refusal or a rescheduled appointment. -
Products like co-wash, leave in’s, oils, gels, and creams can build up over time and are often resistant to a few shampoos.
This buildup can affect the outcome of your service and may pose a risk to our team.
We require cleansing your hair thoroughly before your appointment.
For services that do not include washing, a wash can be added at an additional fee if product is detected. -
If no times are showing on our booking site, it means our calendar is currently full.
Our calendar is available for booking appointments 8 weeks in advance.
We encourage you to check back regularly, as cancellations and new openings are added often.
For time-sensitive appointments, feel free to join our waitlist or contact us with your availability. -
If the service you booked doesn’t match the time or technique required, we may not be able to complete your color appointment as planned.
In some cases, adjustments can be made on the spot — but if the timing is significantly different, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
To ensure the best results, we strongly recommend booking a color consultation if you’re unsure which service to select. -
If your hair has product that could trigger an allergic reaction, your appointment will be rescheduled.
For uneffected stylists, a clarifying shampoo will be added for an additional fee — and your styling time and services may be adjusted accordingly.
This ensures the the safety of our team and integrity of your services. -
Yes — synthetic braiding hair in natural shades (Black, Brown, Ginger, Blonde) is included in all braid services unless otherwise noted.

To ensure top quality results your hair should be at least 3–4 inches all around.
If it's shorter, we’ll help determine the right timeline and approach for your style goals. -
You may transfer your deposit once, provided it's done at least 48 hours in advance.

If your stylist approves and their schedule allows, the service changes can be accommodated.
We suggest confirming changes in advance whenever possible. -
We’re proud to offer a wide range of services tailored to all textures and styles. If you do not see a service listed on our booking website we are not currently offering it.
You are welcome to ask our team in person but If a stylist does not feel comfortable performing a service (whether listed or custom), we kindly ask for your understanding.
We promise to always guide you to a suitable alternative when possible. -
Any items left will be placed in our lost & found and held for up to 14 days.
Please contact us as soon as possible to retrieve any belongings.
